i wrote typed this in advance (: again.

the past two weeks are my busiest in 12 weeks. but i managed to watch 2 good movie and would like to "promote" them!

prince of persia : the sand of time by mike newell

adopted from the streets of nasaf by the king of persia, young dastan grows up amongst royalty and earned his place as an outstanding warrior and prince. when the king dies, dastan is accused of his murder, and he ran away with princess of holy city - tamina. dastan learned the ultimate power of a mystical weapon that can control the time and eventually realized its their royalty uncle's evil plan to take over persia.

jake gyllenhaal as dastan, one word - HOT ! not only a pretty face but an absolutely drooling body. big chest, perfect lining of arms, i don't care about abs but definitely not sammo hung's. i don't care about other cast.

a group of war veterans looks to clear their name with the u.s military who suspected them in crime which they were framed. the brain captain hannibal by liam neeson. the player templeton faceman peck by bradley cooper. the tough guy baracus by quinton rampage jakcson. the crazy one murdock by sharlto copley. the four ultimate rangers bring it on!

i couldn't help but laughing from the beginning to the very end. have to cover my mouth as i suspect other audience already staring at me thinking i'm somewhat crazy. the movie is really good! i couldn't believe its so funny yet so fruitful. the four of them are awesome! would definitely watch it again when i am back in malaysia. most definitely.

movies before may

the final week of april 2010, i successfully watch 3 movies. rom-com, sci-fic and animated. guess this is going to be short reviews on each i've watched.

rom-com: when in rome

directed by mark steven johnson and starring kristen bell and josh duhamel. successful and single art curator beth hasn't been lucky in love for years. on a trip to rome to attend her younger sister's wedding, she picks up coins from "fountain of love". almost immediately, she is pursued back to new york by a bunch of aggressive suitors whose coins she took. at the mean time, a smitten reporter, nick, desperate to win beth affections and does his best to convince her that true love isn't just a topic of fairy tales and romance novels.

i like kristen bell, that's why i watch the movie in the first place. plot is kind of boring. i mean, its very much predictable. but nevertheless, there are some laughing scene. i almost love every dress she wore in the movie. especially the blue one she wore to her sister's wedding.

animated: how to train your dragon

an action computer-animation with young hero, hiccup, a viking who lives in a moutainside village surrounded by dragons. venturing into the forest to track his prey, hiccup finds a wounded little dragon. released it and they bond. he discovers that dragons can be perfectly nice and so he keep this little black dragon, toothless, as his pet. hiccup later realized the secret behind these dragons whom always snatch food from the village, they are feeding the big giant dragon. they all are afraid too.

its beautiful and tender. seeing how hiccup "train" toothless. how they bond. how he trick "tame" other dragons. its amusing. very heart warming yet hilarious. i totally love it!

sci-fic: iron man 2

directed by jon favreaus, starring robert downey jr as tony stark the iron man. tony has revealed his identity as iron man and is resisting calls by the government to hand over the technology. ivan vanko, a russian has developed the same technology to challenge stark. tony discovered the palladium in the arc reactor keeping his heart beating has begun to leak into his body and is poisoning him, raising his blood toxicity levels. all attempts to find a substitute element failed, he believes to be dying soon, so he appoints former personal assistant pepper potts (gwyneth paltrow) as ceo of stark industries and replacing her with natalie rushman (scarlett johansson).

honestly, the first one is fresh. but this one, technology and visual effects wise are mind blowing. so much fun seeing how tony "play" with his technology. but i don't get natalie, or scarlett johansson. she is beautiful, smoking hot. totally the next marilyn monroe. but why the same face on casual and while she turn into an agent? no idea.

clash of the titans 2010

i always have a thing for greek myth. hence, when the boys asked if i would like to watch clash of the titans, i nodded hard. guess its time to check on my budget, has been spending hard on entertainment (3 movies in a week). its only mid-april and i haven't done any shopping (exclude my flora lv blackberry housing).

#1 this is the film poster from 1981 directed by desmond davis.

a fisherman found a coffin adrift in the sea, discovering baby perseus and his dead mother, danae. i couldn't find a picture of danae, but she is amazingly attractive. the most gorgeous women alive and dead in the movie. the fisherman raise perseus as his own with his family whom all died because of hades starred by ralph fiennes who is god of the underworld commands harpies to massacre soldiers from argos as they destroyed a statue of zeus and declaring war on the gods.

stygian witches tell perseus that the head of medusa could kill the kraken, but that perseus will die in the process. zeus came to offer to make perseus a god but was rejected. he gave him a golden drachma which persues later uses to bribe charon for passage into the underworld and enters medusa's lair.

i would definitely say its good. i mean not the breathtaking one, but overall, its good. although there is a bit rushing to finish. perhaps they should make it part 1 and part 2? like some serious fight with giant scorpian for first, then medusa and kraken for second. andromeda is pretty, so is io, but not as heart-throbbing as danae. even in a coffin, supposedly a corpse, she still look angelic. pretty hot and beautiful too in the scene where zeus took her.

the last song on a date night

i am so creative ;^) not random say, i will explain in a while.

hence, pamper myself to watch date night on tuesday evening and the last song on thursday.

i have 3 hours of business analysis on tuesday from 5.30 - 8.30pm. normally, my team would finish up our daily workshop exercises and left before 7.30pm. however, this week, we were pretty stuck on doing the use case diagrams and flow charts, thank god anurag and michael are almost an expert, so i left the building at. 8.15pm. boyfriends already waiting for dinner then movie, our usual tuesday routine. picked date night instead of clash of titans. its tuesday night, 2d movies are $10.50 and 3d are full price. of course we'd go for 2d.

directed by shawn levy. phil and claire foster (steve carell and tina fey) are married couple with kids whose domestic life has become a routine. in an effort to reignite sparkly romance, phil took claire to a trendy manhattan restaurant. with no table and desperation, they took a reservation from no-show couple which later put them into life threatening troubles, turning a date night into guns, runs, louis vuitton handbags dance. phil and claire enjoy breakfast at local city diner after all the dramas where he admits that he would still marry claire an have their kids all over again if give the chance.

its absolutely a relaxing movie. hilarious yet meaningful. it got me think about what if the person you once madly in love turned to be an excellent room mate? no more arguments, no more passions, no, nothing but the comforts and kids. then papa and mami shuffle into my thoughts. papa once told me, its easy to fall in love, its easy to run away and break up, the hardest part is to stay and work things out. i do believe love can still be fresh and heart throbbing for a life time. its all depend on you and your partner, to make it work.

i read the book. it was really good. sort of risen my expectation on the movie. it didn't disappoint me. but i am not going to call it good. its far from the book. greg kinnear is good as a father, bobby coleman is perfect to be little brother. she shouldn't be miley cyrus. he shouldn't be liam hemsworth. and honestly, do people really think miley can act?

Good day folks

I watched The Bounty Hunter on Friday evening!
I always prefer Jen over Ange as a person, and in movies. Although the similar character lingering. So when I first saw the trailer of Jennifer Aniston rom-com The Bounty Hunter with Gerard Butler and Christine Baranski, I told my boyfriend R that he is going to bring me to the cinema for this.

Its a relaxing romantic comedy. Think about it, ex-husband hunting ex-wife to the jail, catchy! I remember thinking it sure be hell funny. And I am right about this one. You saw grinning and hear laughter around the theater throughout the show. At some moments, you heard chicks "awwww"ing for the sweet talk and do.

R picked me up after my I.M.E. lecture. Bought a pair of thongs from Jetty Surf as he left his at my house, back in Malaysia. Then, we had dinner at the Nando's, again. chanel handbags The sauce is addictive. And I bought one home so if any of us ordered Mc Donald or KFC, I can dip it with Nando's extra hot peri-peri sauce.

Checked out few digital compact camera at JB-hifi. My budget is within A$100-200. Slim. Easy to carry a.k.a convenient. 12mega pixels. Friends suggested few expensive one, which gives better quality. But honey, I owned a Nikon D5000. No digital camera is going to beat that in quality. So what I am looking for is really convenient and budget camera. Which I happily found one!

That's the biggest reason I want to buy one!

good laugh for you and me

Good day folks :]

Its Thursday already. Lets write something. Anything except routines of lectures and tutorials. Wouldn't be pleasant to torture you with such thing. It would be better if its what I've been reading on magazines, gossiping, watching, playing.

Speaking of games, Brian kindly downloaded Burger Shop 2 (I spotted a newly downloaded one called Cake Shop). Addictive. Played 3 hours, at level 117 now. Feeling guilty as I played before him, and he is clueless now. Can't move on from where I stop. Sorry, but I couldn't help. Love this type of game. If its on my NDS, better.

And sentences of movies I watched over the week. Not updated one. I haven't been to the cinema. Next cinema visit should be in purpose of Johnny Depp's Alice in the Wonderland. Anyway, I watched:

#1. Whiteout by Kate Beckinsale
It sure grossed me out with the burnt from ice and cutting of dead fingers. Nevertheless, Kate plays it good. I like her hair, her calmness and smokin' hot body. The movie is about 101minutes, straightforward. Gave me an insight of weather down under. No way I could survive that. Even thought aurora is unbelievably beautiful.

#2. The Box by Cameron Diaz
Not real. Survived from deadliest lightning strike with special power. Small wooden box with a button. Press it, someone dies and you got the a million dollar with consequences, louis vuitton handbags you die, or your family member's lifetime suffers. Mr half-face-gone's employer is testing on human, whether they still have the selfishness in order to survive, if not, he is going to extinct the species. So, means if human don't kill each other, he kill. Conclusion, fel (fuck everyone's life).

Something real old. Family movie. But I like her, spreading positive energy. Being confidence of who she is.

this is beyond amazing. avatar brought me to a mysteriously beautiful world. the na'vi attracted me and the environ catches my breath. incredible natives on pandora. chanel handbags blinking lights left behind every steps. avatar is definitely a "must see" movie. fascinating. couldn't find a proper word to perfectly describe it.

world of pandora is stunning spectacle. every part of it. the network of life connecting the livings is an amazing concept. seeing jake learns more about the na'vi with light hearten adventure story has shown a great flow of feelings. final act which jake leads the na'vi to fight for their world explodes is amazing. tragedy and desperate actions too place. the final half hour of blistering life or death struggle has to be seen to be disbelieved, this is an extraordinary film.

title of this post is nicholas tse, not the movie name - bodyguards and assassins. why? because i personally think nicholas had done an awesome one. although he is not the main actor, but he outshines the others with his great performance. since when he become so good in acting?

back to the movie review. honestly, its a good movie. although most of it gives me heartache with dying and sacrificing times. there are some smiling and laughing moments too; such as ah si testing "smelly toufu" action. then, the killing scenes forced me to cover my eyes with both hands, and... i shivered.cried a couple of times for those who scarifies for mr sun yat-sen (孫逸仙/孫中山/孫文), the chinese revolutionary leader. i don't understand well, the reason behind such revolution. what i see is chinese fighting chinese. chinese forsake by own race and believes. so, is this going to work? a revolution?

Let me make it clear in the beginning, I would totally prefer book over movie.

I am surprised by Kristen Stewart, she pulled off Bella's breakdown very well. The screaming from nightmares, stoned in front of windows for three months, the isolation act and the physical contacts with Jacob, with confusions. Robert Pattinson improved. Edward is not stiff and often put on smiles. BUT, you shouldn't take off your shirt at all! I find it a little disturbing, and spoiling/reducing my likeness on Edward. (Not that I like any of them like those underage) Taylor Lautner is definitely hot and delicious. Very impressive physical transformation and the natural flow of his performance in New Moon. So natural, he is like just being himself, having fun. Ashley Greene a.k.a Alice Cullen still my favourite sweet fashionista vampire and her other half, Jackson Rathbone a.k.a Jasper Hale has a much better face expression now, no more constipation face. Dakota Fanning a.k.a Jane's eyes are terrible, I don't understand, the Volturi look very much like mafia than the vampire's royalty to me.

Overall, the movie wasn't disappointing, just the book is better. And I promised not to watch anymore twilight saga after 12pm because when we're watching New Moon, a bunch of underage (under 18) in front of us stupidly woooo-ahhhhh-awwwww over almost everything! From the first scene of appearance of Edward, then the kissing and saying i love you, then Jacob pulling off his shirt, then new Jacob topless with short hair and the hugging. It is really annoying that at one point I feel like throwing popcorn to the front.

My Sister's Keeper

I haven't read any of Jodi's. First I thought My Sister's Keeper would just be another depressing movie about a young girl fighting her disease. But I am wrong. The message this movie is sending out is poignant and powerful. It is a story of choices we make in life. A family with a dyslexic Brother, ex-lawyer Mother, fireman Father, leukemic Daughter, and in vitro-created, donor Sister.

Having a test-tube engineered baby "designer baby" to provide body parts for another child, its a choice made by parents. "Designer baby" - Anna seeking for medical emancipation is a choice. Sara's unwillingly to give up hopes and any chances are her choice of not letting go. Anyhow, is still Kate's choice to end it. Sometimes you just have to learn to let go even though it hurts. Finally seeing Cameron Diaz in a non-chick flick or romantic comedy. Its different. And she sure done a pretty good job in My Sister's Keeper as Kate's Mother, Sara. The movie shows pain and helplessness in eyes of the family members, and seeing how disease torn the relationship actually ache my heart.

p.s I love the collaged scrapbook Kate made for Sara. Its simple, meaningful and full of love.

How do you save humanity, when the only thing that's real is you?

Many comment on the action part, some said its just another "too much technology can harm" lesson. What I see from this movie is reality. It is true that we are all depending so much on technology now than before. It is true that some people snuck at home with their machines. It is true that technology helps building better life, but overly use/depending on it, humanity seems to be covered by it.

Surrogates, isn't facebook/myspace and other social networking site our semi-surrogates? These applications sure have done some bonding of relationships between people, but at the same time, it reduces face-to-face/in-person contact which suppose to be an important part in building a truthful and respecting relationship between one an another. Surrogates portray everyone with another identity. Of course it may sounds cool, and perhaps safer. But what is under it? It is a lie to everyone, including self. Losing yourself too. I wouldn't say Surrogates is a fantastic movie, but the message it brought out is thoughtful. Can machine really take over humanity?? If it does, there is no fun anymore ; Where is the challenge, fun, spontaneous if we are all just a damn bloody machine?

Couples Retreat

It may be a paradise, but it's no vacation.

The movie is directed by Mr Peter Billingsley, written by Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau and Dana Fox.

The scenery alone is worth the cost of a ticket price. Bora Bora was a beautiful location to film at and added that much needed taste of paradise to a rather bitter sweet subject of a troubled marriage. The key to a happy marriage involves falling in love over and over again with the same person. A very thoughtful message in the movie is about fighting to make marriage work despite the hardships that come in any relationship. A pleasant romantic comedy, likely to delight, provided you're willing to put your brain on pause for a couple of hours.

Love Ain't Miracle

Its been a rough week for me. Assignments deadline. I'll get over it before next week =]

It has been four days since my last pool activity. To my surprise, I miss swimming. Hence, after a long day on all the researches and papers, I'd managed to got T and B to swim with me at the leisure center. Had a great hour and half there.

Many says love is a miracle happen between humanity.

Watched Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner's [ Ghosts of Girlfriends Past ]. Its quite a meaningful one. Cut the craps about bad guy gone good, just like other M movies. BUT, this one actually got me thinking.Favourite quote from the movie, said by Connor Mead,

" Someone once told me that the power in all relationships lies with whoever cares less, and he was right. BUT, power isn't happiness, and I think that maybe happiness comes from caring more about people rather than less."

That is true happiness I must say. Caring, the key in Love is what matters after all. Love ain't miracle, its something you choose to feel. Even though you get scared and probably hurt, but take the risk. You wouldn't want to go through the pain with regrets of walking away from love.

Oh hello. It has been my madly busy 72 hours. Finally, I am ticking off some of my work written down in my planner since beginning of the semester.

After the above three, here come preparation for final exam. It is happy that I will be coming home soon, but not so when it means finals are coming soon too! H1N1 certainly did not have a massive impact like I thought. Last semester, I was daydreaming it causes postponed and cancellation of classes, exams, whatever shits. But it is just not going to happen when I see clubbing, partying are still the weekend errands in Melbourne, not forget the karaoke sessions and mahjongs hours. Sometimes I feel fortunate that I am not a big fan of them. I like karaoke, but just not here in Oz-land where the bill is not affordable, not me. Mahjongs wise, I finally realized 3 players mahjong is called the Malaysian Mahjong. Apparently, people around the world, at least, China/Hong Kong/Taiwan's are the 4 players. I have no idea. However, saw them playing a couple of times. What is the fun? Winning is slower. And not in big amount. Okay, I am the risk taker when it come to mahjong. Not like I am going to win. Yes, I ALWAYS lose. Just don't have that kind of luck. Totally not going to be a successful gambler, hence you'll never see me pushing tokens at casino tables.

Anyway, today is Tuesday, which means, my movie night!
This week's pick is UP in 3D.

Its really good! Probably the best animated of the year :) Pixar Studios has done a very great production. It is not a children movie, it is an adult movie that is suitable for children too! The storyline is very attractive, imagination soars when the house departed with colourful balloons. It is like a dream come true not only exciting the children but remind the adult of their childhood fantasies with balloons.

The movie starts with a touching human drama of Carl and Ellie, then come to climax of Carl's own new adventures with Russell. I had a good laugh throughout minutes of the movie, enchanted by it. Ingenuity and humour are in abundant supply. Totally a perfect movie to ease my stress level. Giving the movie a 9.5 out of 10 rating!! It is actually better than Taking of Pelham 123 :P Recommended for those who still have the childishness in them. Strongly recommended to those who is losing the childishness.

Spring

Hello, Spring.

Winter is officially over. Happily welcoming Spring to step in the land. I felt exceptionally warm under the Sun. Only to realize it has been missing for days. Past few days remind me of a childhood lullaby "Rain, rain, go away, come another day..". I feel sick and moody when the surrounding are cold and wet. The humidity in air always give me a hard time to concentrate on my work. Not to mention I am theoretically useless under that circumstances. Anyway, I've got the whole week. Spring/semester holiday, whatever you're calling it. But again, theoretically, its not a holiday. Not feeling a single bit of it. Few assignments on my table due next week. Two class test coming right after. I probably shouldn't blame/complaint. RMIT seems to be the only uni having this short break, others holidays are not starting till end of the month. Maybe I shouldn't think of it as a holiday at all. Works have to be done by Sunday, hopefully.

Well, today is Tuesday. Meaning, cheaper movie tickets at Hoyts. Tuesday evening is always my movie night. This week, two movie in hand - G.I. Joe and Taking Of Pelham 123. Again, study for my Investment test at Deakin library till noon, then headed to Kammy's for more revision. Nerdy!! 6hours, 3 chapter. Not good. I need to boost up my energy and power up my revising speed. Anyway, after my study hours, we went Highpoint for movie!! Yay! Picked Taking of Pelham 123.

Taking of Pelham 123 is directed by Tony Scott running a 121 length of movie. It is about New York City subways hijacked by few armed man leaded by Ryder, where few passengers are held to be hostage. Walter Garber, work as a dispatcher for the subways coincidentally become the negotiator.

I was expecting something better. Not saying its not a good one, but just, should be better, something like Joseph Sargent version in 1974. I see no fireworks, lack of the high spirit, nervousness throughout the negotiation. Anyway, I wasn't disappointed. Nothing disappoint me as much as Pitt's.

Hello people. Happy Friday, here come another weekend. Again, there is no big difference for me. Mostly because ever since I quit clubbing, my Friday is pretty much a simple but loving one. Usually movies, friends, dinner, jokes. I save lots of cash for my online shopping crave.

Woke up and stuck with assignments the whole day. But I managed to sneak out for a movie :) "Laughing Gor" directed by Herman Yau. Main character of course, Michael Tse (Laughing Gor). I shared a few laugh with friends. Some of the sentence from movie easily make you smile, or even laugh at. Effortless joke. But it sure mean something. "Laughing Gor" is the first Hong Kong movie showing in Australia cinema. I don't count Red Cliff, that I categorized as Hollywood Asian Film.

Before movie, I went Borders, again. Third time this week. Try to find "The Time Traveler's Wife" but not available. Anyway, I bought "The Gift" by Cecelia Ahern (writer of p.s I love you) and "Fat" by Rob Grant. Also a book for my mother's birthday, the title catches my attention, it is call "What's Happening to Our Girls?" by Maggie Hamilton. She sure need it to communicate with my young teenage sister :)

District 9

You Are Not Welcome Here!! Oh no, I'm joking. Finally watched District 9. Rush for the 3.30 p.m. session at Highpoint right after my Investment lecture ending at 2.30 p.m. Hell ya! The movie is so good. Outstanding one. I won't be surprise if its nominated and won the Best Movie of 2009 award. Heard great reviews and ratings from Rotten Tomatoes and they are definitely not overrating. District 9 simply deserve to be call as the best movie in 2009, so far, unless there is another superb one coming up.

The movie is directed by Neil Bloomkamp. Genre, science fiction I suppose. 1 hour and 52 minutes length. Don't bother asking who is starring in it. I don't know any of them. Does Sharlto Copley sounds familiar to you? Well, he is the focus-on human of the movie. The movie is film with documentary-style, with series of interviews talking about the situation. I feel as if I was watching a real documentary from Discovery Channel or similar. Wikus which is the main character of the movie (Sharlto Copley) handled an alien device which squirts some fluid into his face while inspecting suspicious alien residence. Yes, the movie is about alien, but trust me, this is not some stupid one. He then become very sick. A transformation begins to occur after exposure to the liquid. His left arm is mutated, showing signal of transforming into alien. This part, I strongly recommend children or early teen not too watch it. It was outrageous, and disgusting. I felt sick instantly. Yes, the feeling just kick on my tummy, I almost puke on the fake Blondie in front of me. And the part where a man eaten alien's body thinking it will give him their powers. OMG! Its gross!

However, think about it.
-Wouldn't some human being act like this? Trying to be alien, or to own their power, wisdom?
-Wouldn't scientist hostage them to do medical experiments claiming for bio-technology improvement sake?
-Wouldn't the public who live near to them starts feeling insecure, or just simply hate the fact that they exist, in our planet?
-Wouldn't all these reaction to alien happens in real life, which now is shown in the movie?

Now, I ask, is there really a District 9 on earth? Maybe not on land, under it? Damn. I got so many questions.

Nevertheless, this movie is a totally fresh one. Rating 10 out of 10 from me!

Drive-In

What a wonderful day. My heart is still up and very much in hyper mode from last night surprising outings. You'll probably heard it over my facebook status or twitters if you're following. Yes, I was at the drive-ins. Never expect that to happen so soon. I always wanted and actually dying to have experience in drive-in cinema. Its like one of my to-do before death. Last night, ♥ Roy ♥ brought me there! I was totally clueless on where we're driving to when we're suppose to be walking in the city finding food. Then, when we drove up Coburg hill and I saw the big Village lighting board, I was in shock and scream in high pitch. Sorry if I act like a three-year-old to you, but I'm too excited, well, practically jumping and planting kisses on him regardless of the car still running.

Let me do some history on this one. I am flattered to experienced the good old fashioned movie fun. Coburg Village Drive-In is located at 155 Newlands Road, Coburg, features a three screens and space for approximately 900 cars! There is a 1950s diner with variety of take away and confectionery, drive-in speakers for your window or dynamic FM stereo through your own vehicle stereo system. It is Australia's largest drive-in theater and has the widest screens in the Southern Hemisphere. Wanna know more about Coburg Drive-In? Click here!

I'd snapped a shot at the entrance, but don't put up with the bad quality. Its mobile camera, and its night time with limited lights. Our movie starts at 9.30pm so there is no bright sky, however, I think it would be pretty if there is a little, like the picture I took from Village website.

The movie we watched is The Ugly Truth. Yay! I watched it. And its within my wanted to watch time frame. Its a pretty good movie by Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler. I just laugh so much!

I had a lunch date with sort of long time no contact friend at Shark Fin House. Don't be wrong, what I mean here is the one with an elevator in it. What happened is... we had "dim sum", or "yum cha" you may say, and our conversation are on going, pretty much non-stop. We didn't realize the restaurant is closing for the afternoon or what so ever. The thing is, we don't know until I heard one of the waitress talking to another next to our table with very rude tone "成村人等緊呢台囉.. 係度慢慢吃多野講" (translate: everyone is waiting for this table, and they are still talking so much, enjoying their food). I look up and realized we are the last table. Then I told my friend we should go and that's when the manager sarcastically said "哇!終於都走喇!放工!" (translate: Wow! They are finally leaving! Job done!). When the waitress ask if we need a container, we said no thinking to leave faster. But then my friend wanted to take away for her boyfriend, so we asked for one. That fucking waitress said loudly "唔好o甘快俾佢地，我頭先問又話唔要，俾佢地等! (translate: Don't give it to them so soon. I asked just now and they said don't want, now let them wait!). Then when we finally leaving, waiting for the elevator, the manager said "係度慢慢吃... 阻住晒!' (translate: Slowly eat, stopping us to do stuff). Those are conversation they said. Under circumstances that we are practically next to them, and perfectly understands that I know the language they are speaking. Fucking retards! How can they give such bad services!! Is not like we did it on purpose, you should have come to us politely telling us you are closing. Not by talking shit, bitching, being rude and sarcastic to us! Is this how you treat your customer? People, think about it. I understand what they are saying, and they still don't give a damn and being so impolite and sarcastic to me. Imagine you don't understand their language. I assure you, the ugly truth is they talk fuck about you. I am not going back to Shark Fin House, ever! My friends are going to boycott the restaurant too. Its too rude to give all this shit. Those people I am talking about are those who work at the 2 floor at 2pm - 3.30pm. And yes, practically ALL of them!

Better Than

Here come Monday. I do feel lazy after a long weekend, although spend my last one doing housework, my week ends with a drop dead tiredness. However, the apartment is pretty much done. I am so proud of myself, and my guy. He'd make my spare room become a walk-in wardrobe, and got me a shoe rack with height of 150cm. Also, a staircase inspired shelf for me to put little things on it, heart that the most.

Last night, I had late lunch with my boyfriend and friends at Highpoint. Decided to watch a movie to end our evening. The guys somehow screened my objection and picked Public Enemies. Terrible movie. Johnny Depp is a good looking guy, but its not enough to make it a good movie. I'll definitely pick G.I. Joe over Public Enemies. At least G.I has good review. But I still want to watch The Ugly Truth, this week please.

Speaking of the movie, I had a gender fight the other day. Then surf the internet, I found an article with title "Ten Things Women Do Better than Man!". Guys, sometimes you just have to admit, the girls are getting better :) Don't be threaten, nor embarrassed.

1. Women are better drivers
- Half true. I've seen terrible female driver on road. They are so not alert and stupid that I sometimes wish to just run over them. And sometimes, people got into accident because they try to avoid these terrible drivers. But most importantly, Women are less likely to speed. Put the slogan in, Speed Kills. Furthermore, women don't go competitive at the traffic light with the car next door. I find guys are aggressive at the traffic lights.

2. Women live longer
- Research number shows 85% of the world's population is female. Actually, this figure scares me. It indicates, more affair, cheating, widow, divorce, broken family. Now, this give privileged to men. But its true. Women, we are concern with our food, our diet, our health more compare to the opposite sex. And this obviously shows in the population poll.

3. Women are better communicators
- So true. We are good at putting our feelings into words and express it. With the instinct of nurturing, women are good listener, adviser and are patient, empathy, loving and simply friendly. Women somehow understand and feel about others better then men.

4. Women are better at adapting
- Personally, I think its because women are not embarrassed to seek for help and assistance. Men tends to have all this feeling when came to call for help. Reading John Gray remind me that Men feel incompetent if he cannot solve problem by himself. But, why hesitate to ask if you're stuck? Guess that's the ego in them.

5. Women eat more healthily
- The whole diet, calories, kilojoules act in this. Some food are just meant to not for women. Looking at those fatty layer and oily surface already swipe off woman's appetite. I don't understand how can someone put them in mouth. You're right, I'm not a men.

6. Women are better manager
- Okay. This is hard one. Women are emotional, it may sometimes affect decision making or other happens in workforce. However, women are better listeners, mentors, problem solvers and multitask-able than male counterparts. Maybe all these work well and overcome the emotional effects.

7. Women have stronger immune system
- Totally agree. My boyfriend, boy friends, dad, they are all more likely to catch a flu than us women. According to a study done by McGill University, estrogen gives women an edge when it comes to fighting off infections. That's, estrogen confronts a certain enzyme that often hinders the body's first line of defense against bacteria and viruses.

8. Women are better at seeking comfort
- I often says, its a female thing. Women is more likely to talk about their problem to friends and family. Men somehow keep their stress, unhappy, negative feelings all to themselves. I prefer the "Sharing is Caring" style.

9. Women are better at evolving
- Women are getting better looking through revolution, meanwhile men stay the same. Here I don't refer to plastic surgery or cosmetic magic. Women naturally just getting prettier than the past generations. Yay!

10. Women are more recession proof
- It says more men lost their job compare to women. What I see for this is, women still shops, still enjoy and having good times, still go to the spa, doing manicure and pedicure. You'll hardly see a sign of recession in her :)

Ice Age 3

Good day folks. I had a bad sleep. Last night storm in Melbourne was terrifying. Its the worst I've ever experience, even though I'm indoor, it frighten me. I was awake by the strong wind banging on windows and horrible sound of raining. And all these makes me shiver and tears filled my eyes. I know sometimes I can be a real cry baby. However, I force myself to sleep, still have to wake up and attend my lecture in the morning.

Today, Mr Driver is so motivated. He volunteered to be my driver, bought me Mc Donald's Sausage and Egg Muffin, my breakfast. I like it very much when he attempt to pamper me and shower me with lots of love. While waiting for him to pick me up after class, I saw Sue - my sister, Chelsea's friend right in front of me! Of course she's not her, but she look exactly the same, same hair, same face, almost same height. Except that Sue is too skinny. This pirated-Sue has a very good figure, she isn't fat but all toned, definitely a body to die for.

Went Highpoint, Maribyrnong for movie - Ice Age 3 : Dawn of the Dinosaurs in 3D !!! Its very funny. And somehow, better with 3D. Three baby dinos have the cutest acts and emotions. But the most adorable is definitely going to Peaches, Manny and Ellie's daughter. I like peach too, but as human cannot simply name your lovely girl Peach, think about those bullier in high school that give names, yes, I can think of one now, peach is going to be bitch. Recommend you to Ice Age 3, and have fun laughing. By the way, after several review from my family and friends, I am not going to waste my free IMAX ticket or buying a normal one to watch Harry Potter 6.

After movie, Roy brought me to The Pancake Parlour. It's my first time.
